Step inside an ExecCare coaching session
Forget PowerPoint presentations on leadership skills and management trainee role-play sessions. Our personal and career coaching sessions all follow a simple, time-tested format.
In every session, you can expect a one-hour face-to-face discussion. If you can’t make it, we’ll reschedule. We dont want to slow down your progress with missed appointments.
We will use the five gauges (physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and mental) to guide our discussion. You can learn more about these five focus areas on the Coaching topics page. The thoughts and concerns you bring to the table will determine how much time we spend on each topic during any given session.
Throughout our discussion, we will take time for your reflection on your successes, challenges and opportunities in each area. Some weeks, your coach might go over your game plan for tackling a challenge you’ve been facing. Other weeks, you may be celebrating a recent success you had at personally, professionally or in your spiritual life.
